BANKSIA COTTAGE

Described by our guests as "Just Magic", the Banksia Cottage is located in bushland about 200 metres from the pool, tennis court and office and approximately 500 metres from the beach. Extremely private, this cottage looks out over a small fenced paddock for the convenience of those who may have brought their horse(s) with them. A quaint Australian country design albeit fitted with modern luxuries, this cottage encapsulates a traditional look influenced by an Australian blend of Federation and Californian Bungalow style. The cottage has one bedroom with Queen bed, supplied with fluffy bathrobes as well as towels, linen, blankets and pillows. Perfect for couples, Banksia cottage can accommodate one additional extra guest (At an additional cost of $35 per guest per night.) The kitchen is fully equipped with every facility to make meal preparation easier and includes large fridge/freezer, upright stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher as well as all plates, cutlery, saucepans, bowls, toaster, sandwich maker, etc. The living room has a Double Sofa bed, dinning setting, new wood fire heater, 50 inch Smart TV with free Netflix bundled and DVD/CD/MP3 player. The large bathroom with shower is loaded with hygienic essentials. An external undercover laundry with automatic washing machine gives you the freedom to experiment in sullying your clothes without the guilt of running out of replacement. Although airy and naturally temperate, the cottage has reverse cycle air-conditioning for additional comfort. A car parking area is adjacent to the cottage and is connected by a ramp leading to the deck. A second car parking area is also provided beside the cottage for the parking of a trailer or horse float. The large timber deck or verandah has a built-in gas BBQ, sun lounge and BBQ furniture. The ultimate deck attraction though is the exquisite HotSpring Limelight spa. This new spa replaced the older one and can accommodate up to 4 people, soaking in the ultimate hydromassage with SilentFlo noise free circulation (Photos coming soon.) Banksia Cottage is fitted with an outdoor hermetically sealed 12000L water tank, checked, cleaned once a year and filled with town water as needed. Outside the veranda and in all directions, stretches acres and acres of enchanted woodlands, bordered by the Tasman Sea to the West.
