Paperbark Cottage

"What a hidden gem" and "Don't change a thing! The charm of this place is amazing" our guests often remark. Paperbark Cottage is surrounded by an "absolutely gorgeous setting". At the heart of seclusion, lays a two-bedroom hideout with all that you need to call it a second home in the country by the seaside. Paperbark Cottage is located in bush land and only about 200 metres from the pool, tennis court and office but 100 odd metres away from Banksia Cottage toward the beach. The cottage has a large living area, deck and two bedrooms as well as a combined bathroom and laundry with automatic washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with facilities to make meal preparation easier and includes large fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher as well as all plates, cutlery, saucepans, bowls, toaster, sandwich maker, etc. The living room has a Double Sofa bed, dinning setting, new wood fire heater, 50 inch Smart TV with free Netflix bundled and DVD/CD/MP3 player. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with second TV and French doors opening onto the deck . The second bedroom has a double bed. Fluffy bathrobes are supplied as well as all towels, linen, blankets and pillows. Ample space for couples, Paperbark cottage can accommodate up to three additional extra guests (At an additional cost of $35 per guest per night.) The cottage has reverse cycle air-conditioning. The large timber deck or verandah has a built-in gas BBQ, sun lounge and BBQ furniture. The ultimate deck attraction is the exquisite Jacuzzi® brand spa pool. This new spa replaced the older one and can comfortably accommodate 4 people in a combination of a lounge and open seating surrounded by Jacuzzi's classic waterfall, ClassicPro jets, multi-coloured lighting for different mood and ambience whilst soaking in the ultimate hydrotherapy experience (Photos coming soon.) Paperbark Cottage is fitted with an outdoor hermetically sealed 12000L water tank, checked, cleaned once a year and filled with town water as needed. A car parking area is adjacent to the cottage and is connected by a ramp leading to the deck.
